From the Supervisor:

One of the duties of the Supervisor is General Assistance. General Assistance is provided on an appointment basis. Please contact our office for further information. All requests are confidential. We also refer to other agencies for client assistance.

Dorr Township is also a service extension center for the Salvation Army. Applications are available in the office and assistance is available for rent, utilities, prescriptions, clothing and food vouchers.

Water sample bottles can be obtained for the McHenry County Health Department testing.
